How your suit arrives, and what to do if it needs to come back.
Shipping
Free delivery — complimentary standard shipping on all orders over PKR 10,000 within Pakistan.
Standard delivery — 3–5 business days within Pakistan. PKR 99 flat on orders under PKR 10,000.
Express delivery — 1–2 business days for major cities. PKR 500.
Advance payment — orders over PKR 10,000 require a 5% advance payment; the balance is paid on delivery.
International shipping — UAE (5–7 days), UK / USA / KSA (7–14 days). Rates calculated at checkout.
Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement, Monday–Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed Monday.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on unopened, uncut suits within 7 days of delivery. Please retain the original packaging.
To initiate a return, email us with your order number. Once approved, we will arrange collection.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned suit.
Non-returnable items
Suits that have been cut, washed, or altered in any way cannot be returned. Please inspect your suit thoroughly before beginning tailoring.
