Free delivery — complimentary standard shipping on all orders over PKR 10,000 within Pakistan.

Standard delivery — 3–5 business days within Pakistan. PKR 99 flat on orders under PKR 10,000.

Express delivery — 1–2 business days for major cities. PKR 500.

Advance payment — orders over PKR 10,000 require a 5% advance payment; the balance is paid on delivery.

International shipping — UAE (5–7 days), UK / USA / KSA (7–14 days). Rates calculated at checkout.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement, Monday–Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed Monday.

We offer exchanges only. Returns and refunds are not available.

We accept exchanges on unopened, uncut suits within 7 days of delivery. Please retain the original packaging.

To request an exchange, email us with your order number and reason. Once approved, we will arrange collection for the exchange.

Suits that have been cut, washed, or altered in any way cannot be exchanged. Please inspect your suit thoroughly before beginning tailoring.
